30 days for League Application Forms, 20 days for USBC Award Forms and Local Association Award Form to be turned in to each Association office!

1. (Standard card)               BA Membership Application (BLUE star) - $20.00 - new effective March 15, 2010

2. (Local Only Card)           BA Transfer Card $10.00- new effective March 15, 2010

3. (Paid in Other League)  BA Certified in another league - No Fee (card is required)

3. (Paid in Other League)  BA Certified same league; same season (split or summer) - No Fee  (card is required)

4. (Sport)                                 BA Membership Application- $35.00- new effective March 15, 2010

5. (Upgrade to Sport)             BA Membership Application- $15.00
