You will get a new roster each time you send in a certification card.
The names of ALL your league bowlers (including substitutes) are expected to be on this list . Please check the spelling of the names for accuracy.
The 2nd column is ID Numbers and should be used on all award forms.
•The 4th column is book average for verification only, please do not use this value for award forms after a current league average is established. (See Rule 53a)
The 5th column is membership purchased. Standard is purchased in your league; Paid Other League means the membership was purchased in another league; Local Only Adult is an $8.00 transfer card purchased in your league. If it is blank, they haven’t paid (check for a value in the Amount due).  Request a receipt from another league or if none, request payment.
The bottom tells the Total Bowlers and Total dues paid through your league for the season.
When you receive the roster you know that your league is certified.
If you do not get this roster, we did not get your league application, league dues worksheet or certification cards.
