Secretaries,

The 26th annual secretaries meeting will start at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 23, 2008 at the Radisson Hotel, 1981 North Central Expressway, Richardson, TX. No smoking allowed.

Please be on time and don't miss the fun. If you are unable to attend or do not plan to be the  secretary for the 2008-09 fall season, please contact the new secretary or president of the         league to pick up your supplies and attend the meeting.

Important: If your league is bowling in a different center from last fall, please contact our office    at 972-644-7746 and tell us where you are moving, by August 11, 2008.

We want to meet you, answer questions, and furnish you supplies for your league. Remember         it is the secretaries responsibility to get all forms and monies to the association offices       on time. Please plan to attend. Your league needs to be represented at this meeting. We    can't stress enough how important it is for you to be there, for all the new USBC      Supplies, and learn how to fill out the paperwork properly.

Remember registration starts at 8:30 a.m. and meeting begins promptly at 9:00 a.m.
